What is Paleo? Put simply, it's a way of eating very similar to what our hunter/gatherer ancestors ate.

I was introduced to the Paleo movement by accident. I casually picked up a cookbook featuring this style of eating from our local library. As a result, I did my research and discovered it is the diet of choice for people, like myself, who suffer from fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, IBS, and gluten and lactose intolerance. It's become readily apparent that I need to restrict myself to fresh organic produce, clean meats/meat alternatives/fish, and limit/eliminate grain products.

Not all recipes I feature will be Paleo-friendly, since I realize not everyone wants or needs to follow such a diet. Just as not all recipes with be vegetarian/vegan friendly. I want to offer a variety that a wide swath of folks can enjoy!
