WORLD'S BEST SALSA

3 serrano chiles, roasted
4 tomatoes, cut into quarters
1 small yellow onion, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced.
1/2 tsp Mexican oregano
salt to taste
1/3 cup water

Put all ingredients into a food processor. Process until desired consistency is achieved.

For Verde, simply switch 8 tomatillos for the tomatoes.
